At the Dream It Be It Conference, participants step into the Walk of Life—a vibrant mentor showcase set up like a tradeshow.
Over 50 women from a wide range of careers are on hand to share what they do, why they love it, the challenges they've faced, and most importantly, their personal journeys.
The impact is powerful.
Students say they’re amazed to discover careers they hadn’t considered, to connect with a community of supportive women, and to hear real stories from successful women who’ve overcome obstacles.

Reaching Girls When It Matters Most

While all girls face gender-based barriers, we focus on those facing additional challenges such as poverty, unstable home environments, foster care, or teen motherhood.
